Welcome to Meem Academia! By accessing or using our online learning management system (the "LMS"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the LMS. Children under the age of 18 may enroll in courses specifically designed for kids with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual Property

The content and materials on the LMS, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Meem Academia or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The LMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Meem Academia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meem Academia be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the LMS.

Refund Policy

For Awaiting Students (Pending Enrollment):

Refunds are available if requested at least 15 days before the batch start date. If the request is made after this period, one month's fee will be deducted.

For Enrolled Students:

Refunds will be processed starting from the month following your notification about leaving the course.

Registration Fee:

50% Registration Fee is Refundable only if you complete the whole course.
