How do I enroll in a course?+
Simply browse our courses, click "Reserve Your Spot," and complete the checkout process. You can pay via Card, Bank Transfer, or EasyPaisa.
What are the payment methods available?+
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and EasyPaisa. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Are the classes live or recorded?+
Most of our courses feature live sessions with recorded replays available for enrolled students.
What is the refund policy?+
Refunds are available if requested at least 15 days before the batch start date. For enrolled students, refunds are processed from the month following your notification.
Can children enroll in courses?+
Yes! We have specific courses designed for children, such as the Tarbiyah for Kids program. Parental consent is required for students under 18.
Do you offer group discounts?+
Yes, most courses offer group pricing. Check individual course pages for group rate details.
